职位概述
上海迪士尼度假区收益管理与分析团队通过基于高级分析的商业解决方案,与其他团队协作共同推动度假区的收益与业务战略。我们不断壮大的专业团队涵盖预测与规划、收益管理、定价及项目管理等职能。
该职位负责人需与销售、市场营销、运营等部门同事合作,制定收益战略与战术,以实现收入与利润最大化。主要领域包括主题乐园、酒店、便捷支付服务(PFC)及其他专项分析。

Shanghai Disney Resort, the first Disney resort in Mainland China, is a place where friends and families can escape together to a whole new world of fantasy, imagination, creativity and adventure. The resort is home to the Shanghai Disneyland theme park, featuring six lands, as well as two themed hotels - Shanghai Disneyland Hotel and Toy Story Hotel, Disneytown, a large shopping, dining and entertainment district, a Broadway-style theatre, Wishing Star Park and other outdoor recreation areas. Shanghai Disneyland is a Magic Kingdom-style theme park featuring classic Disney storytelling and characters but with authentic cultural touches and themes tailored specifically for the people of China.
Position Overview
The Shanghai Disney Resort Revenue Management & Analytics team drives SHDR Revenue & Business strategies collaboratively with other teams by developing business solutions based on advanced analytics. Our growing group of professionals includes such functions as Forecasting and Planning, Revenue Management, Pricing and Project Management.
This leader is responsible for developing the revenue strategies and tactics in partnership with his/her counterparts in Sales, Marketing, Operations, and others in order to maximize revenues and profitability. The primary areas include theme park, hotels, Pay-for-Convenience (PFC) and other ad-hoc analysis.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead the development of the revenue strategy and tactics for admission (including attendance, paid yield, e-coupons, and Pay for Convenience) across all channels to continuously maximize total revenue and profitability to achieve Annual Operating and Long Term Forecasts.
· Drive development of revenue driving initiatives, strategies and plans, including promotions, in both short-term and mid-term time horizons
· Lead the end-to-end commercial product implementation process, ensuring process smoothness and on time launches
· Lead the pricing and yielding of the hotels to ensure optimal holistic profitability to the site
· Develop accurate measurement methodologies to assess performance on a regular basis, based on key performance metrics
· Identify current situations by always questioning the past and improving tools and methodologies
· Collaborate closely with partners, especially Marketing & Sales departments as well as Operations to ensure efficient and effective products development
· Present recommendations to Senior Leadership and influence the decisions with strong proven analysis and insights
· Provide guidance, management and leadership on a daily basis. Ensure growth and development for the Cast Members
· Effectively lead RM&A projects to ensure on time delivery, at or under the confirmed budget
· Build succession plan by developing effective processes, structure and tools
· Share best practices with other Walt Disney Parks and Resorts destinations worldwide
Required Qualifications
· MBA or other Master's degree with minimum 5 years' work experience in business related field, such as pricing, revenue management, forecasting, economics, business planning, statistics, business intelligence, or operations management with proven improvements to the business through pricing, promotions and yeilding
· Solid business acumen & industry knowledge in China leisure tourism and entertainment market with a growth mindset
· Enthusiasm for the theme park and entertainment industries
· Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with substantial hands-on experience in conducting sophisticated business analysis
· Demonstrated strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
· Strong sense of responsibility and the ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple priorities and perform job responsibilities accurately with minimal supervision
· Work in a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment
· Ability to work in a project team-oriented environment in a complex and diverse business unit of a multi-national company
· Self-starter and ability to deal with ambiguity
· Possess strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, to communicate to other departments for the organization (up to Senior Leadership) to convey key elements in a concise and positive manner
· Demonstrated partnering, relationship-building, influencing
· Ability to lead, manage, and develop professional talent
· Natural curiosity and desire to learn (including new tools)
· Strong technical skills (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), with knowledge of statistical systems and software with the ability to quickly learn and apply new skills and techniques
· Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English
Desired Qualifications
· Direct experience in tourism and hospitality industries such as hotels, airlines, tourist attraction businesses, and entertainment
· Expert with dedicated computer software (e.g. Opera, Vision, IDeaS)
