1.      Lead local engineering competence up

2.      Lead Project Engineering (including enginging development issue, vehicle building issue, DV/PV report,etc)

3.      Establish good engineering communication channel with customer

4.      Successful execution of all tasks fo engineering development, design and cost improvement within thescope of time, quality

5.      Support PM and function engineering team to fulfill milestones ( project milestone, Customer delivery)

6.      Lead new RFQ engineering tasks.

1.      Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering

2.      More than 10 years experience in R-EPS design

3.      Excellent English language skills

4.      Good team work spirit

5.      People with domestic OEM project development experience will be preferred
