1. Complete 3D-2D CAD design work and technical documentation (including models, drawings, critical characteristics list, toolings, assembly instructions, etc.) in PLM according to guidelines, templates and checklists.
2. Create, update and manage BOM (Bill of Materials) as well as design guidelines and compliance checklists.
3. Perform tolerance calculations, lead DFMEA activities, create PT flow charts and AEMA, and track change management status.
4. Prepare sample orders, test matrices, technical offers (for acquisition and reviews) and invention/high-tech contribution reports.
5. Understand customer requirements, attend review meetings, and ensure compliance with customer demands.
6. Lead product and process technical optimization, cost amelioration, and summarize lesson learned during project development.
7. Handle PLM data administration, release components/sub-assemblies in compliance with PLC and own entitlement.
8. Lead problem-solving for test failures and customer complaints; be responsible for review releases and related documentation preparation.
9. Support project manager to achieve timing, technical, cost and quality targets; assist in prototype building, testing and FEM calculations (provide updated data and implement FEM results).
10. Manage supplier/customer technical communication, take care of technical project documentation, and complete other tasks assigned by the line manager.
