职位介绍：
作为销售经理，青少年项目，您需要发展学校和教育机构业务，提供战略计划，并管理与学校，教育机构以及旅游和非旅游贸易伙伴/渠道的业务关系。您需要通过推动客户或伙伴/渠道参与和跟踪销售业绩来渗透学校和教育机构市场，并通过探索新的市场机会，创新业务模式，来实现预期的业务成果。您还将负责管理团队执行现有或新的业务计划。
工作内容：

· 您需要根据需要收集相关数据，并监控市场趋势以抓住商机；领导后续绩效跟踪和分析；
· 您需要与业务伙伴密切合作，以执行业务计划，管理和指导青年贸易伙伴的日常运营；
· 您需要主动寻找新的商业机会和创新的业务模式，以产生预期的结果；
· 您需要确保有效的内部和外部沟通，管理不同利益相关者的需求；

我们希望您：
· 拥有5-8年销售、业务开发、客户管理、渠道管理或活动管理工作经验优先；
· 本科或以上学历优先；
· 积极、精力充沛、上进、脚踏实地的工作作风，能承受工作压力，专注于销售目标和业务成果；
· 能够主动解决问题；
· 能够表现出良好的人际交往能力以及与利益相关者建立信任关系的能力；
· 较强的沟通、销售和谈判技能；
· 敏锐的商业头脑，扎实的分析能力；
· 学习敏捷性强，学习速度快；
· 良好的团队合作精神，能够与团队紧密合作，解决复杂多样的业务挑战；
· 良好的项目管理技能；能够在快节奏的工作环境中始终高度关注细节，并在要求的时间范围内交付高质量的工作；
· 精通普通话和英语的写作、演讲和口头交流能力。

Sales Manager, Youth Program
Line of Business: Sales
Location: Shanghai, China
Job Summary:
As Sales Manager, Youth Program, you are required to develop school business, provide strategy plan and managing the business relationship with schools and travel trade partners. You are responsible to penetrate school market by driving customer engagement and tracking sales performance, and driving sales by exploring new market opportunities to achieve desired business results. You are also accountable to lead the team to execute existing or new programs.
Key Responsibilities:
· You need ensure Shanghai Disney Resort’s business policies and process are fully well followed;
· You need establishing strategies and plans for youth program, translates strategy into specific priorities, objectives and action plans;
· You need planning and execution of new program launch, develop specific mechanisms and go-live plans;
· You need seek and identify business opportunities, collaborate with other departments to design product offerings or promotions based on youth program positioning.
· You need to collect relevant data as required, and monitoring the market trend to capture business opportunity, lead follow-up performance tracking and analysis;
· You need work closely with business partners to execute the business plan, manage and guide youth trade partners in day-to-day operation;
· You need proactively look for new business opportunities to produce desired outcomes;
· You need ensure efficient internal and external communication, manages the needs of diverse stakeholders;
· You need leverage synergy opportunities across functions and businesses, facilitate win-win situations by effective collaboration;
· You need be responsible for special projects and assignments as needed; deliver timely, high quality work by project management;
· You need maintain a keen understanding of the latest school business insights, stay ahead of market trends in education industry and identify new opportunities through collaboration with schools or travel trade partners;
· Familiar with school travel behavior and the ability to translate such insights into an effective sales model.
Desired Qualifications:
· 5-8 years working experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or Event Management is preferred;
· A Bachelor degree or above preferred;
· Active, energetic, self-motivated, down-to-earth working style, can work under pressure and focus on sales goal and business result;
· Able to be proactive in solving problems;
· Able to demonstrate good interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust relationships with stakeholders;
· Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills;
· Strong business acumen, solid analytical skills;
· Strong learning agility, fast leaner;
· Good team player who can work closely with a team to solve complex and diverse business challenges;
· Good project management skills; ability to maintain a high-level of attention to detail at all times in a fast-paced work environment and to deliver quality work within the required time frame;
· Refined Mandarin and English writing, presentation, and verbal communication skills;
· Computer literacy, Word, Excel, Power-Point, Outlook, Opera & Delphi are preferable;
