职位描述

主要职责 Core Job Responsibilities

 

 

 

识别与原材料、包装材料和食品接触材料相关的食品安全要素,协助产品和原料的风险评估工作;

Identify Food Safety elements which link to raw materials, packaging materials, and food contact materials.

 

 

 

识别生产过程及产品生命周期环节中的食品安全风险,如设施、公用设施、环境(分区和更衣)、水处理、湿混、干燥、干混、包装、存储及运输。

Identify food safety risks along production process and product life cycle: i.e. facilities, utilities, equipment, environment (zoning and gowning), water treatment, wet mix, spray dryer, dry blending, packing, storage and distribution.

 

 

 

开展食品微生物溯源、预测微生物风险,开展潜在风险物质的溯源研究工作。

Study food microorganism traceability, microorganism risk prediction, relative research work; Assisting in the traceability research of potential risk substances identified.

 

 

 

改善卫生控制并支持全供应链的POP项目:包括供应商,工厂运营及分销商。

Improve hygiene control and support POP program for in the end to end supply chain: Suppliers, factory operations, distribution operations.

 

 

 

对食品安全相关法律法规要求/国际标准有深刻的了解

Fully understand relevant regulatory requirements / international standards.

 

 

 

对行业内食品安全问题具备敏感性,并能够提供建设性的意见

Be sensitive to food safety issues happened in industry, provide constructive suggestion

 

 

 

分析政府监督抽样计划、第三方实验室或非政府组织关注的食品安全问题,并向公司领导提出专业的建议

Analysis government surveillance sampling plan, TPL or NGO food safety issues, and provide relevant expert suggestion to company leadership.

 

 

 

积极争取区域及事业部的支持,推动本土食品安全合规性

Drive local FS compliance, by engaging regional / division support.

 

 

 

及时有效地与管理层沟通食品安全风险管理,建立食品安全文化

Communicate with leadership for FS risk management, build food safety culture.

 

 

 

推动开展质量卓越活动(QualEx),促进改善供应商绩效,提高全供应链的质量和食品安全保障水平。

Promote quality excellence (QualEx) program, drive supplier quality performance improvement, enhance quality assurance and food safety control across all supplier chain.

 

 

 

推动创新,引进先进技术

Drive innovation and introduce state of art technology.

 

 

 

支持公司获取行业洞见,从而采取预防性措施

Help the company get industry insights and take preventive actions.

 

 

 

在危机事件发生时,能够清晰有效地组织食品安全分析

Organize clear and effective food safety analysis report when emergency issue happens.

 

 

 

负责雅培PoP项目与总部PoP对接和跟进,协调各部门识别改进项目,达成工厂PoP目标;定期参与营养部工厂交流会议,学习、分享、推广兄弟工厂PoP优化项目。

Lead Abbott PoP program and connect with Global PoP SME, coordinate each workstreams in JX site to identify improvement projects, achieve PoP goals;participate the COP meeting for learning, sharing and communicating within sister plants.

 

 

 

负责EMOS PoP指标的及时更新,追溯,协调PoP事件和信号的调查和关闭。

Take charge of on time updating EMOS POP metrics, coordinate on-time closure of PoP event and signals.

 

 

 

跟进PoP质量培训,推广质量文化,加强PoP风险信号的收集,预防PoP事件发生。

Follow up PoP quality training to popularize quality culture, enhance PoP signal collecting, to prevent PoP pre-release & post-release event.

 

 

 

熟练使用Track Wise系统,及时更新complaint相关Metrics。

Master in Track Wise system, update complaint related metrics in time.

 

 

 

及时完成投诉录入工作,不断优化投诉录入流程,提高录入效率和质量。

Complete complaint registration work on time, continuously optimize compliant registration process, improve registration efficiency and quality.

 

 

 

通过有效运用质量工具,分析客户投诉数据,识别发现改进机会,并组织协调跨部门团队,有效发起并推动质量改善项目。

Through effective use of quality tools, analysis customer complaint data, identify improve          

 

 opportunity, organize and coordinate with cross functional team, effectively initiate and drive quality improve projects.

 

 

 

与Affiliate QA的同事密切合作,完成相关升级投诉事件的调查

Work closely with Affiliate QA colleagues to complete investigation of elevated cases.

任职条件

最低学历要求Minimum Education

 

微生物、食品安全等相关专业,硕士及以上学历

Master’s degree or above for Microbiology / Food Safety or equivalent background

 

6年以上食品或医药行业卫生控制工作经验

>6 years of relevant experience in hygiene control related to Food or Pharma Industry

 

 

 

 

 

最低经验/培训要求Minimum Experience / Training Required

 

 

 

具有HACCP, ISO, FSSC 等质量体系和食品安全体系运行经验,掌握相关质量体系运行流程

Has experience of HACCP, ISO, FSSC quality system operation /food safety management system and quality system operation procedure.

 

 

 

要求在食品/药品生产领域具备良好的GMP实用知识

Request food/ pharmaceutical manufacture GMP experience

 

 

 

对食品安全要素具有系统性的了解(如化学,生物,物理等)

Have systematic understanding for FS elements (Chemistry, biology, Physical etc.)

 

 

 

熟悉以风险管理为导向的生产流程

Manufacturing process oriented for risks management

 

 

 

掌握婴幼儿配方乳粉产品涉及的质量法规,了解应承担的责任和义务。

Familiar with infant formula dairy product regulation, and knowledge of the role and       responsibility definition by regulation would be preferred.

 

 

 

具有较强的思维逻辑及数据分析能力

Strong skill for data analysis with good logical thoughts

 

 

 

具有团队合作精神和良好的沟通技巧

Team work and good communicate skill

 

 

 

具备流利的英语口语及充足的书面沟通能力

Fluent spoken English and sufficient written communication skills
