KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•Lead innovation projects (low to medium complexity), value improvement projects. Performance as technical project leaders, coordinate R&D activities in project delivery. Engaging with multiple functions such as MKT, SC, Finance.

•Design superior product mix with efficient cost, based on deep consumer understanding. Conduct formulation design and evaluate performance and stability of the designed products.

•Demonstrate product superiority through lab experiments or digital way.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

•Minimum master’s degree in chemical sciences / engineering, bio-chemical engineering, pharmacy.

•At least 1~3 years related experience in product development or raw material application.

•Good communicator in English.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

•Passion for high performance. Ability to manage and coordinate multiple project tasks.

•Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across cross-funcational teams and with stakeholders at all levels.

•Digital mindset with the ability to leverage digital tools and platforms to drive efficiency and innovation is considered as an asset.
