1. Product business strategies and action plan development
a. Collect and analyze market and competitor information to better understand market trends, competitor movements and consumer needs
b. Identify white-space new product opportunities including positioning, claims/benefits and technology storytelling
c. Liaise with brand holder on product innovation development
d. Drive development of creative briefs for all programs and launches
e. Regular business tracking and review for tangible in business improvement
2. Marketing plan development and implementation:
a. Implement new launches with clear campaign obejective/strategy/cadence
b. Execute with integrated knowledge in digital/social/ecom/tmkt/crm/pr/vmd/training/retail
c. Manage strong partnerships with cross-functional teams to maintain on-time, on-budget and on-brand deliverables within the innovation development cycle
3. Budget Management and other operational affairs
任职资格
• Fluent in Mandarin and English and in both written and oral communication
• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 3 years working experience in cosmetic marketing. E2E experience is a plus.
• Good excel and PPT skill
• Good presentation skill.
• Strategic thinking and strong data analysis ability.
