Job summary:
1. Lead the development and optimization of retail SOP to align with brand strategy and drive operational efficiency.
2. Provide strategic data-driven insights and leadership to support top management in critical business decisions, fostering continuous growth and competitive advantage.
3. Oversee retail operations, inventory management, sales force effectiveness, and retailer collaboration to ensure seamless execution of business plans.
Main task and responsibility:
1. Sales Force & Incentive:
- Design and implement advanced sales incentive schemes, aligning with business targets, to motivate retail teams and improve productivity.
- Manage performance evaluation of sales teams against SOP standards, proposing targeted improvement plans and offline development strategies.
2. Inventory & SKU Management:
- Strategically manage inventory of key SKUs, new launches, and limited editions, optimizing allocation across regions/stores based on sales forecasts, supply plans, and market demand.
- Monitor inventory turnover rates, identify slow-moving products, and collaborate with sales/marketing teams to develop promotion strategies to reduce stock risks.
3. Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Generate comprehensive daily/weekly/monthly reports (sales, inventory, productivity) with deep business insights, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities for top management.
- Lead advanced data analysis to forecast sales, support strategic decision-making, and identify growth opportunities.
4. Strategy & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SOP with marketing campaigns, budget planning, and supply chain management.
- Lead ad-hoc strategic projects to drive innovation and business growth.
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, or related fields; Master’s degree preferred.
2. Minimum 8 years of SOP/retail operations experience in the cosmetics industry, with at least 5 years in managerial roles leading teams.
3. Proven experience in inventory management, sales incentive scheme design, and retailer collaboration in the prestige cosmetics sector.
4. Fluent in English and Mandarin (both oral and written), with excellent presentation skills.
