- 作为乐园运营全职实习生，您将在主入口、游客服务中心、游乐设施和室外演出现场等不同工作区域内确保园区得以顺畅安全地运营。
- 作为餐饮运营全职实习生，您将置身于上海迪士尼乐园及酒店的各个餐厅以及室外餐饮零售点，和团队一起打造高品质的餐饮服务。
- 作为商品运营全职实习生，您将与我们一起迎接游客，根据游客服务标准积极友好地与游客交流、协助他们选择喜爱的商品。另一方面，您也将参与商品的管理、调拨、仓储、物流等工作。
- 作为酒店运营全职实习生，您将为入住酒店的宾客提供快速高效的入职流程、热情周到的宾客服务、整洁温馨的客房布置以及及时周到的热线服务。
- 作为迪士尼小镇运营全职实习生，您将与我们一起在迪士尼小镇为游客提供咨询与指引的服务并协助组织活动等。
- 作为娱乐演出全职实习生，您将有机会与迪士尼朋友一起工作。另一方面，您还可能负责为上海迪士尼度假区的演职人员提供专业的服装服务，确保每日娱乐演出的顺利运行。
Welcome to the Shanghai Disney Resort Frontline Internship Program application!
Along the magical journey provided by the program, you will get to know a group of Cast Members from all over the world. Through customized development courses and on-the-job training opportunities, you will learn how to deliver quality customer services with the Disney Difference. Furthermore, you will improve your communication skills, interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills and gain in-depth teamwork and networking experience while you work and grow at an international platform.
Upon the completion of the internship, you will have an opportunity to work full time with us and continue your career story at Shanghai Disney Resort.
As a Cast Member at Shanghai Disney Resort, you will play a role in creating a magical experience for our guests.
- As a full-time Park Operations intern, you will work in a variety of locations to ensure safety of the smooth operations. Your work location will include the Main Entrance, Guest Services, Attractions and Outdoor Entertainment.
- As a full-time Food & Beverage Operations intern, you will work at Quick Service Restaurants, Outdoor Vending Carts and Table Service Restaurants in the park and the resort’s themed hotels. You will work with the team and deliver a high-quality catering service to our guests.
- As a full-time Merchandise Operations intern, you will be responsible for greeting and interacting with our guests in a positive and friendly manner, following the guest service standard. You will also be involved in merchandise management, transfer, receiving and storage.
- As a full-time Hotel Operations intern, you will provide a fast and efficient check-in process, hospitable and attentive guest service, clean and warm room arrangement and also timely and thoughtful hotline services to our guests.
- As a full-time Disneytown Operations intern, you will answer guest questions and assist with directions, event schedules and other services as needed.
