Design and implement end-to-end CRM programs to achieve customer retention rate and new customer purchase rate growth YoY.

 

Analyze CRM data to identify trends, predict customer needs, and refine targeting CRM strategies.

 

Develop annual CRM calendars aligned with brand launches and seasonal promotions.

 

Partner with Marketing, E-Commerce, and Retail teams to integrate CRM initiatives across different channels.

 

Execute localized in-store/online campaigns to enhance customer experience and drive repeat purchases.

 

Drive CRM tool adoption and ensure data hygiene for actionable insights.

 

Manage annual CRM budget, ensuring cost efficiency.

任职条件

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, or related field.

- Around 10 years in CRM roles, preferably within beauty or retail industry.

- Proven success in improving retention and new customer acquisition metrics.

- Fluency in English and Mandarin.

- Analytics capability and deep analysis for finding the consumer insight and drive marketing activities.

- Expertise in CRM system design for prestige/beauty brands.

- Proficiency in data analytics and digital platforms.

- Strategic mindset with a focus on customer-centric innovation.
