Drive CRM tool adoption and ensure data hygiene for actionable insights.
Manage annual CRM budget, ensuring cost efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, or related field.
- Around 10 years in CRM roles, preferably within beauty or retail industry.
- Proven success in improving retention and new customer acquisition metrics.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin.
- Analytics capability and deep analysis for finding the consumer insight and drive marketing activities.
- Expertise in CRM system design for prestige/beauty brands.
- Proficiency in data analytics and digital platforms.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on customer-centric innovation.
