Key Account Asst. Manager

一、岗位名称: Key Account Asst. Manager(电商运营助理经理)

核心职责

作为品牌多家天猫旗舰店/拼多多旗舰店的总负责,统筹销售端与推广端全维度运营,聚焦提升品牌电商运营效率,主导店铺从0到1的搭建与成熟运营,通过多维度运营策略实现业务增长突破。

主要工作职责

1. 全链路店铺运营

- 主导4家旗舰店从0到1的搭建落地,协同各货架电商旗舰店,制定可落地的增长策略,引领店铺销售规模持续扩张;

- 负责店铺端到端全流程管理,覆盖货品流转、商品上架、销售运营、售后服务等关键环节,确保运营闭环高效运转。

2. 业务分析与策略优化

- 深度分析销售数据、店铺表现、品类趋势及营销活动效果,建立核心业务指标(SKU及关键商品销售、网站流量、转化率、会员增长、消费者行为、营销ROI等)的常态化追踪机制;

- 定期输出市场竞品分析报告,保持对行业动态与竞品策略的高度敏感性,为店铺搭建优化、运营玩法创新提供数据支撑;

- 具备线上分销拓展相关策略经验,可主导搭建多维度组合运营打法,提升整体运营效能。

3. 营销策划与业务运转

- 对GMV、损益表、库存周转率等核心指标负责,协同团队持续优化店铺运营流畅度与用户吸引力;

- 策划并落地定期营销活动,联动平台资源实现流量与销售额双增长;

- 快速响应市场变化与平台政策调整,动态优化营销与运营方案。

任职资格要求

1. 本科及以上学历,3年以上电商平台运营经验,食品行业电商运营经验者优先;有0-1经验优先,TP 方工作经验/商家自运营经验优先

2. 熟悉天猫等大型电商平台的运营规则、资源分配机制及管理层沟通渠道,具备丰富的电商生态合作经验,擅长争取平台活动优先资源、数据接口权限及联合营销支持;

3. 具备出色的增长策略制定能力,能基于平台政策变化与市场趋势快速调整运营方案,驱动业务持续增长;

4.能跨部门高效协作,同时联动总部研发、产品部门,形成资源开发与业务发展的正向循环;

5. 具备独立运营产品线的成功经验,可作为团队标杆输出方法论,引领团队专业能力提升;

Job Title: Key Account Assistant Manager

Core Responsibilities

As the overall person in charge of multiple brand flagship stores on Tmall and PDD, you will oversee end-to-end operations across sales and promotion, lead the construction and mature operation of stores from 0 to 1, focus on improving the efficiency of brand e-commerce operations, and achieve dual breakthroughs in business scale and market share through multi-dimensional precision operation strategies.

Key Job Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Store Overall Operations

◦ Lead the construction and implementation of 4 flagship stores from 0 to 1, collaborate with stores on various shelf e-commerce platforms, formulate actionable phased growth strategies, and drive continuous expansion of sales scale;

◦ Be responsible for end-to-end full-process control of stores, covering key links such as goods circulation, product listing, sales operations, and after-sales service, establish an efficient operational closed loop, and ensure smooth business operation.

2. Business Analysis and Strategy Optimization

◦ Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data, store performance, category trends, and marketing campaign effects, and establish a regular tracking system for core business indicators (sales of SKUs and key products, platform traffic, conversion rate, member growth, consumer behavior, marketing ROI, etc.);

◦ Regularly issue competitor analysis and market insight reports, maintain high sensitivity to industry dynamics, platform policies, and competitor strategies, and provide data support for store optimization and operational innovation;

◦ Possess experience in online distribution expansion, able to lead the development of multi-dimensional integrated operation methods and continuously improve overall operational efficiency.

3. Marketing Planning and Business Growth

◦ Be directly responsible for core indicators such as GMV, profit and loss statements, and inventory turnover rate, collaborate with the team to optimize store operational smoothness and user appeal;

◦ Plan and implement periodic marketing campaigns, leverage platform resources to achieve dual growth in traffic and sales volume;

◦ Quickly respond to market changes and platform policy adjustments, dynamically optimize marketing and operational plans, and ensure business stability and growth.

Qualifications Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 3 years of e-commerce platform operation experience; priority given to candidates with e-commerce operation experience in the food industry, 0-1 store setup experience, or experience working in TP companies or self-operated businesses;

2. Proficient in the operation rules, resource allocation mechanisms, and management communication channels of large e-commerce platforms such as Tmall and Pinduoduo; possess rich experience in e-commerce ecological cooperation, and be good at securing priority platform activity resources, data interface permissions, and co-marketing support;

3. Excellent ability in formulating growth strategies, able to quickly adjust operational plans based on platform policy changes and market trends to drive sustained business growth;

4. Strong cross-departmental collaboration skills, able to efficiently coordinate with the headquarters' R&D and product departments to form a positive cycle of resource development and business development;

5. Have successful cases of independently operating product lines, able to output replicable operational methodologies, and lead the improvement of the team's professional capabilities.
