Define and implement annual promotion in trade base on brand strategy and business plan.
Develop and implement monthly promotion plan, support sales team to accomplish monthly sales target.
Strengthen and enhance SHISEIDO’s visibility and influence with dynamic in-store activities.
Set up and roll out promotion principal base on different levels of stores.
Develop annual and monthly promotion plan for key doors and potential stores, to enhance brand’s sales ranking in stores.
Supervise and follow up of annual trade marketing budget allocation and execution.
Build a strong trade marketing team and develop team members’ independent working skill and professional skill.
Bachelor degree or above
Around 10 years trade marketing relevant experience in international beauty brand or luxury brand
With people management experience is needed
Solid knowledge and working experience in trade marketing of international beauty brand or luxury brand.
Familiar with trade marketing activity trends and new tools.
Strong communication and influence skill
Self-motivation and passionate of beauty industry
Strong team management and coaching skill
