Major Responsibilities:
Systematically review, manage, and continuously optimize the channel value chain, including policy development, pricing structures, incentive mechanisms, product delivery, and payment collection.
Provide support for channel strategy and business planning through sales and operational data analysis, in order to enhance the overall target achievement of the channel team.
Establish channel operational KPIs and performance metrics to monitor channel health and long-term sustainability.
Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Legal, to ensure smooth and efficient process execution.
Develop and execute management strategies for support resources to ensure a reasonable return on investment, compliance, and effective control.
Apply project management methodologies to create business value and ensure the successful execution of business strategies.
Support management in resource allocation decisions by providing data-driven analysis and business insights for channel-related decision-making.
Use project management techniques to create value for business and ensure the successful execution of business strategy.
Quickly feedback to field sales team in any impact from front line and market.
Minimum Education Required:
Bachelor degree, Good English spoken and written skills
Minimum Experience Required:
At least 2–3 years of experience in channel operations, commercial operations, or related roles, total working experience more than 6 years. Strong commercial acumen is required. Experience in the OTC, nutrition, or medical device industries is preferred.
