KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Build a holistic of the product ecosystem, developing a POV on product direction, decisions and prioritization.

• Analyze business requirements and user needs to create user flows and task flow diagrams.

• Work with product managers and user researchers to understand customer needs and make informed design decisions.

• Translate ideas into wireframes and prototypes for stakeholder and user feedback.

• Create beautiful mock-ups of visual designs consistent with the company’s design system, UI guidelines and Abbott’s brand standards.

• Work with engineering to determine technical feasibility of your designs.

• Contribute to commercial design input documentation.

• Apply human centered design methodologies.

• Support cross-functional design sprints and workshops.

• Proficiency and experience using standard design, prototyping and productivity tools, including Figma, Jira and Adobe Creative Suite in a variety of product design scenarios.

• Use human centered design during each step of the product design process.

• Independently manage tasks around visual design, illustration, and/or prototyping.

• Conduct user research and useability testing with support.
