职位描述

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1.VSL Lip hand

− VSL Lip Hand product owner, including positioning identifying, communication planning, channel deployment, sales monitoring and plan adjustment based on consumer insight, competitor analysis, market trends and opportunities.

− Identify growth pillar in key channels (esp. Douyin & lifestyle) with differentiated portfolio, in-store visibility and channel activations, lead and cooperate with cross team and internal team members to drive business growth.

− Design and drive omni channel landing for consumer engagement. Lead campaign execution, including creative idea generation, content development, KOL collaboration, offline event etc.

− Support on potential celebrity/IP/cross-over/ plan

− Support on budget planning & tracking

2.Mass skin E2E

Drive front-end new product development (NPD) for assigned category/brand, own innovation pipeline from consumer insight, channel opportunities to on-shelf launch; partner cross-functionally to deliver OTIF launches with winning superiority.

− Consumer & Market Insight: Lead insight mining via CMI, identify unmet needs and whitespace; translate into innovation briefs and value propositions.

− Innovation Pipeline: prioritize NPD/renovation projects aligned with growth goals; manage stage-gate process.

− Cross-Functional Project Leadership: Partner R&D, BG, SC, Procurement, Sales, Brand Building to define specs, timelines, costs; lead launch readiness and resolve bottlenecks.

− P&L & Cost Optimization: Own innovation P&L; work with SC/Procurement to optimize COGS, ensure margin targets.

− Communication & Activation: Build communication plan (ATL/BTL/social/EC); create assets aligned with brand identity; support in-store and digital activation.

− Performance Tracking: Monitor post launch sales; iterate based on market feedback.

Experiences & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and above

• 3-5 years FMCG brand development/NPD experience, proven OTIF launches.

• Strong consumer/category acumen; data-driven.

• Cross-functional leadership; influence stakeholders; project management expertise.

• Fluent English (written/spoken);

• Multi-task, Bias for action; creative problem-solving; resilience under pressure.
