Job Responsibilities:
1. VSL Premium line
− In charge of VSL premium line, including positioning identifying, communication planning, channel deployment, sales monitoring and adjustment based on consumer insight, competitor analysis, market trends and opportunities.
− Identify growth pillar in key channels (esp. Douyin and Tmall flagship store) with differentiated portfolio, in-store visibility and channel activations, lead and cooperate with cross team and internal team members to drive business growth.
− Design and drive omni channel landing for consumer engagement. Lead IMC campaign execution, including creative idea generation, content development, KOL collaboration, offline event etc.
− Support on potential celebrity/IP/cross-over plan
− Support on budget planning & tracking
2. Mass Skin EC MKT (VSL+Pond’s)
- Ensure consistent brand communication across all EC platforms.
- Daily support EC platform operation incl. assets, CRM, Live stream etc. to ensure offtake growth.
- Leverage brand resource to craft dedicated campaign plan for all EC sites.
- Support on EC business tracking, deep dive issue and opportunities behind, adjust plan accordingly.
