Retailer CRM Strategy & Execution (0-1 Build)
• Support the Senior Manager, EC & Media in the planning, development, and execution of the retailer-centric CRM strategy for Shiseido Travel Retail.
• Collaborate with retail partners to design and implement joint CRM programs, including loyalty initiatives, member acquisition, and retention campaigns.
• Navigate the unique challenges of travel retail CRM, where data is owned by retail partners. Develop frameworks for collaborative audience segmentation, targeting, and optimization.
• Track key performance metrics (KPIs) for CRM initiatives, providing regular analysis and actionable insights to optimize performance and demonstrate ROI.
O2O Partnerships & Campaign Management
• Retailer Partnerships: Support and coordinate marketing initiatives and campaigns initiated by our retail partners.
• Alipay & Ecosystem Campaigns: Support end-to-end planning and execution of O2O campaigns with key partners such as Alipay to drive traffic and conversion both online and offline.
• Foster strong, collaborative relationships with retail partners and key ecosystem players to create seamless consumer journeys.
• Conduct regular competitive analysis for partnerships and campaigns to ensure brand competitiveness.
Group-Level Performance Media Support
• Support the planning and execution of performance media campaigns (e.g., Programmatic, Social) across all brands ensuring alignment with the overall brand calendar and retailer festive moments.
• Collaborate with media agencies and internal teams to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, contributing to data-driven media investment decisions.
• Ensure timely delivery of media assets and conduct A/B test to improve media efficiency.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant field.
• At least 5-7 years working in CRM, Digital Marketing, or Partnership roles, preferably within the beauty, FMCG, luxury, or travel retail industry with successful track records.
• Experience in Travel Retail is an added advantage.
• Hands-on experience in developing and executing CRM programs. A clear understanding of the complexities of a B2B2C model is highly advantageous.
• Able to collaborate effectively, motivate and lead others with integrity to achieve results.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Superior communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Positive, results-oriented and demonstrates the ability to solve complex problems.
• Travelling is required (approximately 10%).
