1. Demand Planning & Forecasting
• Lead the end-to-end planning process, including statistical modeling, trend analysis, and scenario planning to create accurate rolling 18-month demand forecasts.
• Incorporate market intelligence, historical data, and commercial inputs into forecast models.
• Leverage advanced tools to enhance forecast accuracy and agility.
2. Supply Planning & Inventory Optimization
• Convert demand plans into supply requirements, coordinating with global suppliers and local manufacturing sites to ensure on-time product availability.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels while achieving target service levels across all channels.
• Drive SKU rationalization and lifecycle management.
3. Cross-functional Collaboration and KPI management
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align demand plans with business goals, financial budgets, and inventory targets.
• Develop strategies to balance inventory levels across regions, minimizing stockouts and excess inventory while optimizing working capital.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.
4. Process Improvement & Digitalization
• Conduct root-cause analysis on forecast deviations and recommend process improvements.
• Drive adoption of predictive analytics, machine learning, and automation tools to refine demand sensing and responsiveness.
• Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and macroeconomic factors impacting demand.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering innovation and accountability.
1. Bachelor's degree or above in supply chain management, logistics, operations management, or related fields.
2. 6+ years of relevant work experience, with experience in demand and supply planning experience. Experience in FMCG or beauty is preferred.
3. Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills, able to understand and address complex market demands.
4. Strong communication and teamwork skills, able to effectively manage cross-departmental collaboration and coordination.
5. Leadership skills and team management experience, able to motivate team members and drive team goals.
6. Fluent in English.
