• Deploy Ecolab's global Supplier Quality program in Greater China.
• Support supplier development and qualification in terms of quality based on sourcing strategy.
• Ensure the end-to-end management of equipment supplier quality and perform quality audit through on-site and remote.
• Lead root cause analysis process and execute effective supplier corrective action request (SCAR) for quality complaints and non-conformances.
• To ensure defined quality standards are properly managed, perform improvement action plans for supplier capability.
• Perform quality data analysis to track and manage supplier's performance.
• Being part of GC and global Quality network, adopting new systems and programs, learning and reapplying best in class practices internally and externally.
• Bachelor’s degree or above with material science, mechanical or electronic engineering background.
• Minimum of 8 years equipment supplier quality management experience in chemical or industrial equipment, automotive or tier supplier components related industry.
• Good team spirit, effective communication and skilled conflict management.
• Self-directed, result oriented and positive thinking.
• Proficient in English and working experience with global report is preferred.
• Skilled in application of Lean Six Sigma tools or TPM knowledge preferred.
