消费者洞察及数据分析团队(CIMA)是一个全球组织。它通过对数据进行分析、整合,挖掘洞察,为业务决策和战略发展提供支持。在CIMA团队,线上数据分析团队为上海迪士尼度假区的手机应用和官网提供客观的数据分析,来支持决策及优化用户体验。


作为一名线上数据分析师, 他/她需要对分析及技术充满热情。他/她将通过提供准确、有见地的数据分析,在整个组织中发挥关键作用,推动组织的决策。他/她必须有较强的自学和快速学习能力,乐于学习新的工具和技术。为了胜任这一职责,线上数据分析师必须善于与不同团队合作,执行定期的和临时性的分析任务,撰写报告并将数据洞察结果传达给各类受众。分析师应能从技术层面理解分析系统的工作原理,来强化自己的分析技能。


该职位的汇报上级为全渠道消费者分析经理,并且没有直接报告的下属。


工作内容:

  • 管理数字平台定期报告(例如周报、月报等)的编辑和发布。
  • 从数字平台的数据中产生产生洞察,并沟通改善机会或现存问题。
  • 与业务,技术和分析等团队合作,确定需求并协助撰写数据埋点需求文档。
  • 与技术团队合作,以验证数字平台的数据埋点准确。
  • 为业务和技术团队设计有效、有意义的报告和可视化呈现,以支持决策和业务规划。
  • 利用分析为完善站点提供优化建议。
  • 通过特定的报告和深入分析为业务部门、产品团队及其他团队提供支持。
  • 定义并执行数据QA流程,以确保用于分析的数据准确无误。
  • 创建演示文稿来清楚并流畅的陈述分析结果。

 

我们希望您:

  • 拥有分析/定量领域的本科学位,1-2年以上分析领域的相关工作经验。
  • 拥有数据埋点经验,使用过线上分析工具如神策,Google Analytics。
  • 扎实的处理个人层级消费者数据,完成报告和分析的经验。
  • 熟悉至少一种数据语言,如SQL / R / Python。
  • 有BI 工具使用经验,如Tableau/Powerbi更佳。
  • 能够有效管理时间,能在快节奏,复杂的业务环境中管理不同优先级的任务。
  • 能够从数据中得出可行的见解并有效指导决策的能力。
  • 注重细节。
  • 拥有团队合作的精神。
  • 优秀的中文、英文书面和口头交流能力。
  • 主动解决问题和批判性思考的能力。
  • 熟练使用微软办公软件Microsoft Office。
  • 拥有以下资历更佳:
  • o分析/定量领域的研究生学位或等效工作经验。
  • o电商领域的经验。
  • o具有A / B测试和站点优化的经验。
  • o熟悉移动应用分析工具(例如Adobe Mobile SDK)。
  • o能够设计埋点需求,并在移动/网络平台上有效地进行数据QA。
  • o能将统计知识应用于分析。
  • o了解网页构建和/或用户体验设计。
  • o具有使用商业智能工具(如Tableau或Power BI)的经验。


Job Summary:

Consumer Insight, Measurement and Analytics (CIMA) is a Global organization that informs strategy development and decision-making through actionable data analytics, integration and insights. Within CIMA, the Digital Analytics team provides objective decision support for mobile applications and websites, as well as digital guest experience enhancement for Shanghai Disney Resort.

 

As a Digital Analyst, he/she must possess a passion for analytics and digital technology. He/she will play a critical role in delivering accurate, insightful analysis to drive decision-making throughout the organization. He/she must be a self-starter and a quick learner with a desire to learn new tools and techniques. In order to succeed in this role, the Digital Analyst must be comfortable working with partner teams, conducting both planned and ad hoc analyses, preparing reports, and communicating insights to a variety of audiences. In order to excel in this role, the candidate should complement their analytical skills with technical understanding of how analytics systems work.

 

This position reports to the Manager, Omni-channel Customer Analytics and does not have direct reports.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the compilation and dissemination of regular (e.g. weekly, monthly, etc.) reports on performance of the digital channels.
  • Generate insight from site data, and communicate opportunities or issues.
  • Collaborate with business, technology and analytics partners to determine needs and assist with defining data collection requirements.
  • Work with technical resources to validate digital platform tracking.
  • Design effective and impactful reports and visualizations for business and technical audiences to aid decision making and inform business planning.
  • Leverage analytics to continuously recommend optimization tactics that will improve site performance.
  • Support business unit teams, product management groups and other teams with ad-hoc reporting and in-depth analysis.
  • Define and execute quality assurance procedures to ensure accuracy of analytical output.
  • Create presentations to highlight analysis and tell the story.

 

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in an analytical/quantitative field, or 1-2 years relevant work experience in an analytical field.
  • Experienced with event tracking, proficient in web analytics tools such as Sensors / Google Analytics.
  • Solid experience of handling considerate amount of individual level of customer data to generate reports / analyses.
  • Proficiency on at least one of data tools like SQL / R / Python.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, complex business environment.
  • Ability to derive actionable insights from data and effectively guide decision-making.
  • Attentiveness to detail.
  • Team player mentality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
  • Proactive problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree in an analytical/quantitative field or equivalent work experience.
  • Ecommerce experience.
  • Experience with A/B testing and site optimization.
  • Familiarity with mobile/app analytics tools (e.g. Adobe Mobile SDK).
  • Ability to design tagging strategies and effectively QA analytics tracking on mobile/web platforms.
  • Ability to apply statistical rigor to analyses.
  • Knowledge of web page construction and/or user experience design.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
