The candidate should be able to produce a video from script to final edit. Prior professional video production experience is required.
Hands on experience of video production on location and in a studio.
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
•Experience with camera and video production tools like:
- Adobe Premiere, After Effects, etc. ,Davinci Resolve or similar editing software.
- Hands on experience with cameras like Sony Alpa 7, FX 30, Dlsr Cameras or video cameras like Black Magic Pocket e.g.
- Experience with lighting on set or in a studio as well as experience with framing and staging shots for videos (in a business context).
- Streaming tool knowledge of OBS or similar streaming software
- Experience with ATEM Mini Pro or similar video production switcher
- Understanding of how to stream to local platforms （WeChat, Bilibili, Rednote, Tiktok）
- Photography（nice to have）
What we’re looking for:
- 3-5 years of experience in video edits, production, design or live streaming
- Strong communication skills (English is a must)
- A strong eye for design, typography, color, and visual story telling
- Understand Chinese social media and actively operates in different social media channels
- Media or agency background is a plus
Candidate portfolio
The candidate should send in at least one example of a prior video production and describe which parts of the production were executed by him/her (If the production was a team effort).
The candidate must not have all experience, but he/she should have experience with video to learn and master the rest, since the candidate will train and support other colleagues in the region.
