基本工作职能:Key Job Responsibility
· Take full responsibility and scope for HD Shop CRM under MKT organization, including new member acquisition and member frequency increase, to both drive Shop business and brand relevancy
· Plan and execute different kinds of loyalty programs, to increase member frequency through innovative format, engaging mechanism and attractive incentives based on consumer insights and market trend
· Design 1on1 member campaign especially personalized offer, to reactive member purchase and drive frequency, by understanding member behavior and leveraging marketing initiatives
· Synergize with sales teams across HD shop omni-channels, to ensure the best commercial result, while deliver with marketing standard, to keep elevating brand image and experience
· Support Shop marketing head with an extended scope beside CRM to develop menu strategy and marketing activation in booming EC shop channels including delivery, digital order and EC coupon
工作经历、知识、技能和能力:Qualifications and skills:
· At least 5 years CRM marketing working experience in Shop business is a must
· Shop EC marketing experience such as delivery, digital order and EC coupon is also expected
· Having solid knowledge of product and brand, as well as ownership & ambition to learn and grow
· Detail-oriented, execution excellence and be passionate & curious to the world and consumers
· Good communication skills and good command of oral & written English
