Key Responsibilities
i) Replenishment Execution & Supply Service (70%)
•Weekly / Daily replenishment from sourcing sites to deliver OTIF target.
•Managing sourcing sites and DCs’ replenishment plan executed well.
•Collaborate closely with stakeholders across E2E supply process to fulfill demand.
•KPI : OSDC, OTIF, MPS
ii) Inventory & Capacity Management (15%)
•Set/review/maintain stock level of each DC to keep high stock efficiency Capacity analysis and review with sourcing sites, including RM/PM readiness
•KPI : YEE Stock Value, Sourcing Site Production Plan Adherence
iii) Continual improvement for E2E supply optimization (15%)
•Leading cross-functional team to improve E2E supply process to enhance better cashflow contribute to biz growth.
•Represent RC China supply in Regional COP.
Qualifications
•Minimum 3 years’ planning experience mainly on supply planning and inventory control.
•Good at Microsoft Office (excellent excel), ERP system experience preferred.
•Strong analytical, logical thinking, problem solving, and communication skills.
•Good written and oral communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
•Bachelor’s degree or above, Science & Engineering major preferred.
•Experience on production planning is a plus
