System operation activities:

• Input PR from engineers into MyBuy

• Check spare parts name, parameter, supplier info, category etc.

• Place order in MyBuy

• Track PO status in MyBuy and coordinate with suppliers

• Deal with spare parts invoicing issues if any exeptions

• Develop new suppliers as needed

Reporting activities:

• Generate spare parts related reports per requested by Argo

• Conduct regular monitoring of spare parts inventory

• Inventory optimization analysis on right safety stock level setup in SAP

• Monthly reporting and tracking

• Bachelor Degree with Minimum 2 year of procurement experience in manufacturing industry

• Experience in Foods industry manufacturing is desired.

• SAP expertise required;

• Good skills in Microsoft Office, other analytics tools such as PowerApps, PowerBI, Tableau desired.

• Possess high personal integrity and standards

• Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills

• Customer-centric and collaborative

• Good English skill in reading and writing

• Be able to work under pressure
