Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy Implementation
-Lead implementation of innovative projects and campaigns, including new product launches, promotions, and digital marketing initiatives.
-Assist in developing and executing brand marketing plans aligned with overall business strategy.
2. Market & Consumer Insights
-Collect and analyze consumer, channel, and competitor data to generate actionable insights.
-Collaborate with sales and channel teams to enhance customer experience and drive solutions.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
-Work closely with R&D, supply chain, finance, and customer development teams to ensure timely project delivery.
-Participate in annual budgeting and category planning, monitor execution, and recommend improvements.
4. Project Management
-Manage timelines and budgets for marketing projects, ensuring on-time delivery.
-Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report campaign effectiveness regularly.
Requirements:
• Proven brand development skills with a strong track record in innovation (0-1 innovation experience required).
• 5+ years of marketing experience in the FMCG industry, especially in food and beverage.
• Balanced strategic, analytical skills and out-of-box thinking
• Passion for food, consumer understanding and high performance
• Strong business acumen and knowledge of innovation process management.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and stakeholder management solution-oriented
