FP&A

• Ensure all Sector submission (into HFM or via excel files) are on time and accurate

• Lead and support all the monthly deliverables including but not limited to Flash (Volume/Revenue/NOPBT), Rolling Forecast, Cause of Changes, Operating Cash Flow for TW

• Participate in monthly actual close process and forecast meetings and work on commentaries for TW

• Coordinate and lead the overall TW Foods submission

Category Finance

• Track actual innovation, prepare and submit monthly innovation reporting

In charge of A&M budgeting system, including daily budget updates, year-end Janus and SAP budget checking and cleansing, AOP budget setting, system & budget reconciliation., etc.

• Independently finish the quarterly A&M related control testing.

• Support category team routing report refreshing, including Power BI files, category monthly review file., etc.

• Support Daplr system monthly operation.

• Prepare the monthly A&M OCF reports and AOP A&M OCF reports.

• Work on other adhoc reports or data request

• Collect, validate and coordinate monthly and AOP A&M productivity.

Others

• Support standardization and automation projects and work on workstream simplification

• Collaborate with other GCC FP Tower members and BU counterparts to drive initiatives and improvements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration/ economics/ finance

• 4-7 years in auditing, financial planning & analysis. Auditing/reporting and FMCG experience is preferred.

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate findings into actionable solutions and processes

• Strong collaboration skills, results oriented with attention to details, and able to manage multiple and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment to ensure deadlines are met

• Excellent verbal/written communications skills in both English and Chinese

• Proficient user of Microsoft Office suite, financial systems (HFM/SAP) and digital analytics (Power BI) for financial reporting and analytics
