岗位职责

• 担任上海迪士尼度假区法务团队成员。
• 向高级法律顾问或由高级法律顾问或法务部负责人指定的其他律师汇报工作。
• 为上海迪士尼度假区的各业务线起草和审阅合同及其他法律文件。
• 就包括重大业务发展项目、不动产、公司/商业事务、财务、市场营销、技术、数据隐私、劳动、宾客索赔和诉讼在内的广泛法律问题，为各业务线提供法律支持。
• 执行高级法律顾问或法务部负责人分配的其他职责和任务。

任职要求

• 具有中国或其他司法辖区律师资格，执业经验不少于5年。
• 具备扎实的法律文件起草与写作能力，以及良好的中英文沟通能力。
• 具有顶级律所或大型跨国公司工作经历，拥有扎实的公司/商业法律经验。
• 拥有良好的学术背景和商业敏感度。
• 能够在快节奏环境中高效独立工作，具备处理多个项目并合理安排优先级的能力。

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as a member of the in-house legal team of Shanghai Disney Resort.
• Report to the Principal Counsel or other attorneys designated by the Principal Counsel or the Head of Legal.
• Draft and review contracts and other legal documents for different lines of business within Shanghai Disney Resort.
• Provide legal support to different lines of business by advising on a broad range of legal issues including major business development projects, real estate, corporate/commercial, finance, marketing, technology, data privacy, employment, guest claims, and litigation.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Principal Counsel or the Head of Legal.

REQUIREMENTS

• Qualification in the PRC or other jurisdiction with at least 5 years of PQE.
• Strong legal drafting and writing skills and communication skills (both in English and Chinese).
• Solid corporate/commercial experience gained in a top-tier law firm or major multinational company.
• Strong academic background with good commercial sense.
• Strong capability in prioritizing multiple projects and working effectively and independently in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision.
