MAIN PURPOSE

 

The purpose of the position is to be responsible for assisting the team in providing administrative support for all training programs & projects.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

1. TRAINING COORDINATION

  • Support the learning team with the logistics details of online and offline training;
  • Input, extract and consolidate learning data on a regular basis to provide to the learning team and stakeholders learning reports (occasionally with MyLearning data);
  • Liaise and coordinate with other departments ex. HR, to have updated data regarding the staff (number, seniority, training attendance etc.).

 

2. BUDGET MONITORING

  • Proactively update on a regular basis the learning budget providing statement to management and stakeholders;
  • Suggest actions to management for the budget to meet expectations.

 

3.  PROJECT COORDINATION

  • Coordinate transversal projects within Cartier leveraging other department but also within the learning team; 
  • Ensure smooth communication within the learning team ex. meeting minute report, regular update of training calendar, Learning newsletter update etc.;
  • Participate and contribute to Cartier major event.


COMPETENCIES

  • 2 - 3 years’ experience in similar position;
  • Fluent oral and written English;
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills;
  • Good office skills;
  • Familiar with online learning tools;
  • Strong functional line of reporting with Comm. Training & Coaching Ass. Director;
  • Work closely with Commercial Training and Coaching Team members;
  • Liaise with Commercial teams to support their training needs;
  • Work closely with Commercial office team, boutique staff and other business partnered functions such as HJ/CRC/HR/RRA.
