Are you a good match?

You have hold a Bachelor Degree with over 10 years of proven working experience in 360 °media planning, buying, execution, preferably in the luxury/fashion/cosmetic industry. You have strong understanding of advertising channels and their effectiveness in reaching target audience. You have solid understanding with traditional print, performance media /social media & digital display media, as well as basic skill on digital content editing & brand identity governance. You have abundant bargain capability especially towards Mega social & traditional print. You have good command of written and spoken Chinese and English.

What are we expecting from you?

Reporting to Senior Media & Digital Manager. You will help VCA navigate 360°cross media ecosystem, increase VCA brand awareness & online presence in a qualitative approach. Ensure VCA success across all media channels from social, digital, ott, print, OOH, Tmall. In this function you will:

• Strategize and design JWL campaign long-term developing plan in alignment with brand identity goals & local sales goals
• Strong understanding of client insights and able to translate into comprehensive & innovative omni-channel JWL launch plans
• Provide richer media experience, elevate activate rate of interactions & affinity ,and encourage client-base expansion
• Daily oversee implementation of 360 advertising JWL campaigns from budget allocation /planning to execution & real-time monitoring
• Daily communication/supervise with media & creative agency to deliver VCA standard & in-guideline assets
• Insightful media ‘s performance analytics with engagement improvement plans
• Stay up to date on luxury competitor activities/omni-channel media trends to identify new growth opportunities
• Work closely with online retail, CRM, Product –marketing teams to integrate media plans into broader business initiatives
• Keep & always manage trustful relationship with HQ & Regional Media Team
