Cooperates with project manager (PPx) in multidisciplinary teams

项目组成员，协同采购项目经理工作。

1.Responsible for dedicated projects and commodities.

负责指定的项目和物料组。

2.Support PPx for Risk assessment, TSD, feasibility confirmation and project time planning.

支持PPx完成风险评估，供应商技术讨论,可行性确认和项目时间计划

3.Planning and execution APQP according to Bosch quality requirements, such as LL, measuring methods/process, P-FMEA review, process release, R@R at supplier.

按照Bosch质量要求策划和实施先期质量计划，包括经验教训，测量方案，P-FMEA评审，过程释放，R@R等

4.Support the team to solve technical quality topics

支持解决供应商质量问题。

5.For HT commodity PMQ need to support plant HT topics like PS,Process change etc.

对负责热处理岗位需要支持工厂热处理问题解决，工艺变更等事项.

先期质量策划/执行/释放的供应商接口。

•Represents quality aspects for the sourcing decision

代表质量方面参加定点会议。

•Other works the manager arranged.

上级领导安排的其他工作。

•College degree of mechanical engineering or related technical discipline or above.

机械或相关专业专科以上学历。

•Minimum 3 years working experience in supplier quality management in Europe or America company in automobile industry.

3年以上欧美汽车行业供应商质量管理相关工作经验。

•Good knowledge in problem solving and quality tool application, such as APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC PPAP, 8D etc.

熟悉质量控制工具APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP, 8D等及应用。

•Thorough understanding of quality standards (e.g. ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016, etc.)

理解并掌握质量标准(ISO9001:2015, IATF16949:

2016)

•Able to read the technical drawing.

能够读懂技术图纸。

•Good command of English both in writing and speaking.

良好的英文书写和沟通能力。

•Good communication skill and team spirit, and strong team driver for process and system improvement.
