SUPPORT BRAND / MKT and Launch of PROPEL: Expand into Daily hydration & drive growth
Equity: Support IMC campaign and related development + operations
Equity: Support digital / social campaigns and seeding initiatives
E2E: Facilitate / lead customer collaboration and activation operations
E2E: Support trial program (mechanism, development, post analysis)
Product: Support NPD related development (AW, concept, packaging)
1. Minimum of 3 years marketing experience, with track record and experience in branding, communications, portfolio development and innovation
2. Successful track record in supporting brands with hands on experience in delivering strong growth to brand and/or business
3. Experience in innovation and portfolio setup / development with successful track record of supporting the launch of new products / brands in China
4. Strong cross-functional and relationship management skills and the ability to work, lead and resolve conflicts and challenges while achieving the set out goals and timelines
5. Capable of complex problem solving, ability to work well in high stress conditions with strong sense of urgency
6. Knowledge in beverage category / bottler model and industry connections with brand passion
7. Bachelor or Master’s degree in relevant field of study
8. Proficient communication and influencing skills in matrix international organizations
9. Hands on marketing experience from planning to executions with proven success
10. Fluent in English and Mandarin
