学习与发展顾问将为上海迪士尼度假区的人才发展和业务部门发展提供相应的服务与支持。主要职责包括:领导力发展项目的本土化和项目管理,软技能培训的课程管理,组织及业务部门的学习需求诊断,为组织及业务部门提供学习发展产品或解决方案,以及管理与参与与组织战略相关的文化或学习发展项目。负责企业内部线上学习平台的搭建与运营,并为业务发展提供匹配的线上学习与发展解决方案。
工作内容:
- 深刻理解组织及所对应部门的业务战略及人才培养目标,与人力资源业务伙伴协作,提供需求诊断,包括澄清业务现状、对人才能力的要求等,并在此基础上提供相应的学习发展策略和解决方案;
- 根据上海迪士尼度假区的业务和领导力发展情况进行课程内容和讲授方式的调整与优化,更新授课方式,设计课程内容,安排课程计划和讲师资源,负责学员沟通和监督出勤状态;
- 作为学习发展项目经理或项目核心成员,定义项目目标、项目成功指标、战略、学习发展路径和所需资源,制定项目成功指标,与不同业务部门的伙伴协作,安排相关任务,解决问题,制定沟通策略,确保项目目标达成以及利益相关方过程中明确项目进展;
- 设计、讲授与组织发展需求匹配的相关培训课程,分析课程评估结果,及时进行反馈总结,提高课程授课质量;
- 采取不同的方式和工具,设计并引导业务工作讨论以达到预期产出,包括但不限于新提案的头脑风暴、战略形成、问题解决、提升团队协作以及复盘等;
- 负责企业内部线上学习平台的搭建、运营与持续优化,包括平台启动、功能与内容优化、推广宣传及学习参与度提升,支持组织学习的规模化发展;
- 根据组织学习战略与业务需求,设计并实施线上、线下及混合式学习项目,包括学习路径设计、内容结构规划及学习体验优化;
- 持续丰富学习内容体系,整合内外部学习资源,提升学习解决方案的相关性、实用性与可扩展性;
- 通过学习数据与用户行为分析,评估学习效果与使用情况,形成洞察,并持续优化学习项目与平台运营;
- 持续关注学习与发展、数字化学习及咨询行业趋势,并将相关最佳实践融入学习项目与平台的设计与执行中。

Job Summary:

As a Learning and Development Consultant, you will be responsible for building and operating the internal digital learning platform and delivering online learning and development solutions aligned with business needs. Partnering with HR Business Partners and business leaders, the role diagnoses learning needs and ensures effective learning delivery through strong project management and continuous optimization. Build, operate, and continuously optimize the internal digital learning platform, including platform launch, content and functionality optimization, promotion, and learner engagement, to support scalable learning across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, operate, and continuously optimize the internal digital learning platform, including platform launch, content and functionality optimization, promotion, and learner engagement, to support scalable learning across the organization;
- Design and deliver online, offline, and blended learning programs aligned with organizational learning strategy and business needs, including learning pathway design, content structure planning, and learner experience optimization;
- Continuously enrich learning content by integrating internal and external learning resources, ensuring relevance, practicality, and scalability of learning solutions;
- Analyze learning data and user behavior to evaluate learning effectiveness and adoption, generate insights, and continuously improve learning programs and platform operation;
- Deeply understand the business strategy and talent development goals of the organization and its corresponding departments, working closely with HRBP to diagnose needs, including clarifying current business situation and needs for talent development, and work out learning and development strategies and solutions accordingly;
- Upon the understanding of SHDR business and leadership development priorities, upgrade course content, adjust ways of delivery, arrange course plans and coordinate trainers, communicate with participant and monitor the attendance;
- Role as learning and development project manager or one of the core project members, has the ability to define project goals, success indicator and strategies, design learning and development roadmap, coordinate resources, collaborate with partners from different business departments, arrange related tasks, solve problems, and develop communication strategies to ensure project goals get achieved and all relevant stakeholders are well informed of the project progress during the whole process;
- Design, deliver training courses that match the needs of organizational development, analyze evaluation results, timely review so as to improve the course quality;
- Adopt different methods and tools to design and facilitate team discussion to achieve expected outputs, including but not limited to brainstorming new proposals, building up strategies, solving problems, enhancing team collaboration, and post-modem;
- Stay current on learning and development, digital learning, and consulting industry trends, and incorporate relevant insights and best practices into learning program and platform design and execution.
Desired Qualifications:
- At least 7 years of progressive experience in performance consulting, training, learning and development, organizational development and talent management;
- Strong project management skills and able to arrange work and manage project team effectively;
- Able to design and facilitate business workshop including but not limited to new initiative brainstorming, strategy forming, problem solving, enhancing team collaboration and after-action review;
- Understanding and able to apply a variety of development approaches that span formal training, relationship-based, and experience-based development (70-20-10 model of development);
- Good understanding of human behavior, business management, operations and strategy;
- Proven experience working with all levels of leadership, including senior manager and executive;
- Strong partnering skills and ability to build effective relationships with diverse partners;
- Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication in both Chinese and English;
- Demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills;
- Bachelor’s degree and above.
