Job Overview
As the Area Manager you will operate as the business leader and driver of the organizational strategy in the assigned geographic area. Area Managers are accountable for continuously coordinating, facilitating, and managing RETRAIN, GROW, and GAIN of our sales and service business. Area Managers are responsible for developing and managing a team of District Managers, Sales Development Mangers, Sales operations, Marketing, and technical project manager in the day-to-day execution of our strategy.
Job Description
•Setting goals and objectives for the assigned geographic area in line with the Divisions goals and objectives
•Leveraging resources to maximize Sales, Profitability, and Operating Income objectives
•Ensure team achieves sales and service goals and objectives by meeting key performance metrics and following established processes and protocols
•Manage and facilitate the introduction of new products and solutions
•Drive structured coaching and coaching principles in the executions of strategy
•Accurately complete administrative duties
•Perform work in a safe manner and use appropriate personal protective equipment
•Bachelor’s degree and above
•B2B sales experience with a large, international, matrix organization
•Foodservice, Hospitality, FMCG or Healthcare Industry related experience
•Sales Leadership/Management Experience/Leadership Experience
•Proven track record of engaging, directing, and motivating people.
•Direct experience in Ecolab to understand how products and services add value.
