MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES, AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Handle daily operations and projects following defined processes with supervision.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to improve onboarding cycle time and accelerate speed to market for the Home Depot Canada division.
- 50% – Manage and track the full new product onboarding process by guiding suppliers, managing program's progress, and resolving onboarding roadblocks through collaboration with THD functional groups and external service providers.
- 25% – Partner with Canada SPM and ASO sourcing teams to manage import RFQs and deliver final ESLC (Estimated Store Landed Cost) to the merchant team to support business decision making.
- 15% – Identify and mitigate potential program risks, and communicate alerts through tools, dashboards, and related reporting mechanisms.
- 10% – Assist process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize current workflows and enhance efficiency through AI and data driven solutions with team members & leaders.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in, Supply Chain, Operations Management related work experience.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in project/process management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with both inside the company and externally with suppliers & service providers.
- Detail oriented, eager to learn, and be flexible.
- Good English communication skill, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in data analysis skills such as VBA, Power BI and Tableau will be a plus.
- Knowledge of factory operations/production management/supply chain management will be a plus.
