Job Title: Regulatory Spec Specialist

基本工作职能:

Key Job Responsibility

1. 协助研发部门和法规部门收集原料和食品接触包材的合规资料，通过系统管理资料和相关审批流程，确保最新的技术指标书得以维护和下发。Assist R&D and Regulatory Departments to collect the compliance documents, manage these documents in company internal systems and keep tracking the business flow, make sure the specifications are issued on time.

2. 对产品的技术指标书中的法规要求指标进行审核，监控产品执行标准更新并及时维护各项指标，与采购部门合作对供应商文件提出改善建议规避并降低可能风险。Review specifications according to related regulations, monitor latest regulations and update specifications based on the updates, and work with Sourcing Departments to give suggesting improvements of the documents provided by Vendors to avoid and reduce possible risks.

教育程度/工作经历/知识、技能和能力:  

Education /Experience/ Knowledge/Skill/Capability Request

1.本科以上学历，3年以上和食品法规相关的工作经验，了解食品相关法律法规标准。Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years working experience related to food regulations, familiar with related food laws and regulations.

2.良好的沟通协调能力，良好的英文口语和读写技能。Good communication skills, proficient speaking, reading, and writing in English.
