Key responsibilities in your new role

•Develop and execute the Category Strategy for a Direct Material Category in alignment with the cross-functional team

•Analyze markets and suppliers with focus to China

•Manage regional suppliers, build reliable relationships and push for continuous improvement

•Perform negotiations and achieve ambitious cost reduction targets

•Support negotiations and other activities of colleagues from global Procurement Team

•Communicate and manage risks in the supply chain

•Care for professional stakeholder management

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

•Master degree that combines commercial and technical aspects (e.g.Industrial Engineering)

•Minimum 7 years of experience in global Procurement, ideally including semiconductor materials

•Excellent negotiations skills and proven successes

•Knowing semiconductor industry and related manufacturing processes and markets

•Fluent in English and Chinese language

•Open-minded and self-motivated personality with excellent communication skills

•Presentation skills on management level
