Main Responsibilities & Tasks:
•Create standard certificates and issue.
•Telephone operation from customer and dealer
•Customer management for field service
•Quotation
•Communication with internal and external customer
•dispatch and schedule management in the future
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum requirements
•2-3 years’ experience as Sales support or Service support job
•PC skill (MS office, Excel, Word, PPT)
•Native-level Japanese with strong overall communication skills
•Strong team player
•Strong aspirations for self-growth in a global company
•Able to read and write in English; willingness to learn English and to make efforts to speak in English when required
Ideal requirements (additional to above requirement)
•Strong multi-tasking skills
•Experience of service support in a global (non-Japanese) company
•Experience of SAP (ERP) operation
•Intermediate or above English Skills (speaking and listening)
