同顾客建立并保持融洽的客户关系，有效处理客人的投诉，满足客人的需求和对理疗服务的咨询，同时跟进并反馈。

通过多技能、多任务和灵活排班，使员工生产率最大化，确保在达到酒店财务目标的同时满足顾客期望。

确保水疗中心根据凯悦水疗中心体验计划的标准，高效、一致和礼貌的完成。

确保水疗中心所有员工理解并身体力行水疗中心最高宝典20项。

确保按照凯悦水疗中心标准，积极参与由部门培训师和集团培训师组织的培训。

[Job Description]

Prepares all daily, weekly and monthly reports on all management aspects, to include statistical analysis of participation and use of facilities, market appraisal and evaluation.

Regular review all policies and procedures relating to the spa taking action to formulate and propose improvements.

Assist with the preparation of annual Spa Business Plan and prepare Spa Marketing Workbook on a monthly basis.

Establish rapport with guests maintaining good customer relationship and handle all guest complaints, requests and enquiries on Spa services, whilst following up with prompt feedback.

Maximises associate productivity through the use of multi-skilling, multi-tasking and flexible scheduling to meet the financial goals of the business as well as the expectations of the guests.

Ensures through effective supervision that all services offered in the Spa & Fitness Centre are always available and carried out with the utmost efficiency and courtesy as per the Spa Experience Programme.

Ensure Team is aware and practising the Spa Top 20.

Ensure Hyatt Pure standard of treatment are maintained, actively participate in spa training, with departmental trainer and international trainers.
