职位描述
Gerneral Purpose:
Assist the HR team in recruitment, onboarding, employee data management, and HR projects
Main Task;
1. Recruitment Support (Core Responsibilities)
- -Support the execution of recruitment processes, including resume screening, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and follow-up
- -Assist in maintaining recruitment trackers and related reports (e.g. hiring progress, sourcing channels, interview data), ensuring data accuracy and timeliness
- -Assist with candidate experience–related tasks, such as interview notifications and feedback follow-up
2.Onboarding Coordination Support
- Assist with new hire onboarding processes, including collection of onboarding documents and coordination of onboarding arrangements
- Liaise with hiring managers and HR team members to ensure smooth onboarding and accurate information flow
- Support the maintenance of onboarding-related trackers and documentation
3. Employee Master Data Maintenance
- Assist with the entry, update, and maintenance of employee master data (e.g. basic employee information and organizational data)
- Conduct regular data checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Support basic HR data statistics and data consolidation tasks
4. HR Activities and Project Support
- Support the execution and coordination of HR activities, employer branding initiatives, and HR projects
- Assist with activity notifications, material preparation, and on-site support
- Provide support for other HR-related tasks as needed
5. Complete other tasks assigned from the direct supervisor per business requirement.
任职条件
1.Bachlor degree or below
2.Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields
3.Able to work 4–5 days per week and commit to a continuous internship of 6 months or longe
4.Proficient in Excel, with strong data processing and reporting skills
5.Detail-oriented, responsible, with strong execution skills
6.Outgoing personality with excellent communication and coordination skills
7.Interest in HR work, particularly in recruitment processes and HR operations
8.CET 6, English can be used as a working language (both written and verbal communication)
9. Observe the regulations of TCN including but not limited on the Employee’s Handbook and Code of Conduct of TRUMPF China.
