Main Purpose:
To support the Greater China Market Security head in driving, sustaining, and implementing Unilever’s security agenda, protecting people, assets, and brands across all China operations. The role focuses on risk identification, mitigation, and fostering a culture of security awareness, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, communication, digital and physical security, security operations, and stakeholder management.
支持大中华市场安防负责人推动、维持并实施联合利华的安防议程，保护中国各业务中的人员、资产和品牌。该职位侧重于风险识别、缓解及营造安防意识文化，重点强调协作、沟通、数字与物理安防、安防运营以及利益相关者管理。
Key Accountabilities:
• Assist in the implementation of market security program to protect employees, assets, and business operations. 协助实施市场安防计划，以保护员工、资产和业务运营
• Identify, assess, and mitigate security risks, including asset theft, workplace violence, protests, travel security, fraud, and crisis situations. 识别、评估并缓解安防风险，包括资产盗窃、工作场所暴力、抗议活动、旅行安全、欺骗欺诈以及危机情况
• Ensure compliance with Unilever security standards and China’s local security laws and regulations. 确保符合联合利华的安防标准以及中国当地的安防法律法规
• Collect, analyze, and communicate security incident data; track lessons learned and corrective actions. 收集、分析和沟通安防事件数据；跟踪经验教训和纠正措施
• Maintain and update security information platforms for China, ensuring timely communication with stakeholders (SHE leaders, operations, HR, IT, etc.) 维护和更新中国区的安防信息平台，确保与利益相关方（安全、健康与环境部门领导、运营部门、人力资源部门、信息技术部门等）及时沟通
• Provide guidance to SHE Teams on their annual security risk assessments (SSRA LD1/LD2) and support closure of corrective actions. 为安全、健康与环境团队提供关于其年度安防风险评估（SSRA LD1/LD2）的指导，并支持纠正措施的闭环管理
• Support development and delivery of site related security training program for new and existing staff为单位新员工和现有员工相关的安防培训计划项目的开发和实施提供支持。
• Act as point of contact for logistics security, evaluating and enhancing cargo storage and transportation security担任物流安防的联络人，负责评估并加强货物存储及运输安全
• Support security risk assessments for offsite events and travel, and respond rapidly to national event alerts with timely updates to the central team where appropriate为场外活动和差旅提供安防风险评估支持，并在适当时迅速响应全国性活动警报，及时向中央团队更新相关信息
• Assist with routine security tasks, including quarterly reporting, office security support, and meeting organization. 协助日常安防任务，包括季度报告、办公室安防支持以及会议组织
Experience & Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a security function (corporate, site, or risk management). Candidates with less experience but strong drive, commitment, and passion for security will be considered. 至少2年安防职能（企业、现场或风险管理）相关经验。经验较少但有强烈动力、责任感和安防热情的候选人也会被考虑
• University degree in security management, risk assessment, safety management, or a related field. 安防管理、风险评估、安全管理或相关领域的大学本科毕业
• Preferred: Global or nationally recognized security certifications首选：全球或国家认可的安防或安全认证
• Experience in a supervisory role (direct or indirect reports) is an advantage. 有管理岗位经验（有直接或间接下属）者优先
Skills:
• Collaboration: Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams (SHE, logistics, HR, IT, sales, etc.) 协作能力：具备与跨部门团队（安全、健康与环境、物流、人力资源、信息技术、销售等）合作的成熟经验
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to align and share security information effectively沟通能力：出色的书面和口头沟通技巧；能够有效地协调和分享安防信息
• Digital Security: Familiarity with global security systems and digital tools数字安防：熟悉全球安防系统和数字工具
• Physical Security Systems: Understanding of physical security operations, systems, and compliance requirements物理安防系统：了解实体安防运营、系统及合规要求
• Security Operations: Experience in operational risk assessment and mitigation 安防运营：具备运营风险评估和缓解方面的经验
• Stakeholder Management: Ability to engage and influence a wide range of internal and external stakeholders利益相关者管理：能够与广泛的内部和外部利益相关者建立联系并施加影响
• Language: English fluency is essential; Mandarin proficiency is highly desirable语言要求：必须流利使用英语；非常希望能熟练掌握普通话
Travel:
• Some travel within China to existing and proposed sites as required by the role根据工作需要，需在中国境内前往现有及拟建设的地点出差
