Primary Purpose of the Position
1.Develop and deploy pricing strategies which (1) maximizes the volume, revenue and profitability of Goodyear’s e-commerce channel and (2) ensures price harmonization across the different channels (key account, distributor/retail channel); 2. Leads the development, deployment and monthly review of pricing promotion plan for the e-commerce channel; 3. Establish solid price competition pricing analysis through close monitoring price value chain, competitor pricing activities, passenger car tire industry and product evolution to enable Goodyear to optimize revenue, gross margin, and improve Goodyear channel customer profitability.
Education & Certifications
Bachelor degree in related business required,Post graduate qualification preferred
Experience
- >5 years work experience with >3 years of pricing experience
- E-commerce pricing experience is a must
- Work experience in a tire industry/on-line channel is a plus
- Big data analytical experience is a plus
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong multi-functional collaboration skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to analyze and propose well thought out solutions
- Effective communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications
