Main Responsibilities

Commercial Contract Review & Revise

• Draft, review and revise legal documents (mainly commercial contracts in capex projects, including EPC)

• Support internal clients on commercial contract negotiation

• Draft/update company’s commercial contract template

• Legal risk assessment and mitigation

• Training to internal clients

Other Responsibilities

• Compliance support (FCPA, competition law, privacy, digital, trade control, etc.)

• Integration support to M&A project

• Dispute resolution

• Internal legal team support

• Bachelor’s degree in law

• 7+ PQE, law firm experience preferred, Capex project experience will be a PLUS

• Admitted to PRC Bar

• Fluent in English (oral and written)

• High ethical standards, Self-motivated, responsive, well-organized, ability to work under pressure

• Good learning agility
