Responsibilities:
• Execute global Procurement strategy and manage supplier performance in region under the supervision of Regional Category Procurement Manager.
• Propose annual supplier development and cost saving plan.
• Negotiate with suppliers for price and agreement / contracts.
• Trace and tracking the raw material market trend.
• Support should cost analysis and involve it into the supplier negotiation.
• Drive implementation of the saving action plan to achieve the annual cost saving target.
• Proactively contribute to continuous improvement of the Procurement processes.
• Monitor KPIs and setting necessary corrective actions.
• Support SQM and logistics team to resolve suppliers’ issue in quality and delivery.
• Working with quality team for supplier annual audit and improvement.
• Working with the KTI team for the new product(design) implement.
• Supplier risk, relationship and performance management.
• Prepare the saving report, calculation and get the approve from Finance team to ensure SPD accuracy as well as timeliness.
• Other jobs assigned by line manager.
