What are we looking for?

1. 大专及以上学历，4年以上FMCG销售经验，有冰淇淋或冷冻品等冷链传输经验优先；

2. 有全渠道但是现代渠道管理经验良好；

3. 拥有专业的经销商管理能力，较强的市场判断及数据分析能力；

4. 良好的沟通协调及团队管理能力, 稳定达成业绩

5. 具有优秀的中文演讲沟通技巧；

7. 强烈的责任心及职业操守，善于在压力下开展工作。

What will be your key responsibilities?

•事业部：玛氏旗下的冰淇淋业务

•

管理区域或渠道的同事履行公司对于合规的要求，包括但不限于“真店、真访、真订单、真执行、真费用、真数据”

1、 管辖陕/宁/甘/青/新/晋/蒙省份 市场，完成销售目标，实现市场的可持续增长

2、 渠道内的客户谈判，渠道客户开拓，管理费用预算

3、 负责经销商的管理工作，确保经销商完成销量及分销目标

4、 团队三方销售人员管理

5、 日常生意操作跟进（生意数据分析，订单物流跟进，费用管理）
