1. Training Program & Content Development:
a) Lead the design and creation of the training materials, including but not limited to brand & product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service protocols, and new product launch training.
b) Map and standardize the end-to-end customer service journey, developing corresponding training courses, practical guides, and evaluation tools.
c) Oversee the development of comprehensive new product launch training kits, ensuring accuracy, clear highlighting of key selling points, and effectiveness in enabling the frontline sales team.
2. Cross-functional Collaboration & Content Integration:
a) Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure all training materials are fully aligned with brand strategy, marketing campaigns, and communication messaging; effectively translate product trial reports and consumer insights into training content.
b) Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to develop training materials on store display standards, product presentation techniques, and visual selling to enhance in-store performance.
c) Conduct regular store visits to gather feedback and continuously refine training content and methodology.
3. Training Digitalization & Innovation:
a) Responsible for converting training materials into digital formats, including the development of online-friendly micro-lessons, video tutorials, and interactive modules.
b) Prepare and upload all digital training content to the company’s Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring proper organization, version control, and accessibility.
c) Utilize available AI tools and digital resources under guidance to enhance the efficiency of content development and the interactive quality of training modules.
4. Training Delivery:
a) Train, coach, and certify regional trainers, ensuring consistent delivery quality and adherence to national training standards.
b) Directly conduct large-scale frontline training sessions, especially during key launches and nationwide initiatives, to guarantee accurate and impactful message dissemination.
Competency / 能力
• Good training skills and in-depth knowledge of luxury beauty industry with proven track record of delivering results through sales and service excellence.
• Excellent communicator with fluent Mandarin & English, proactively partners with global and regional teams
• Able to translate Global Education materials, review and advise on existing program translations
Qualification, Education, Experiences etc.
资格证书・学历・经验等
• 6+ years training management experience
• Prior experience leading education and seminars
• Prior experience at competitive luxury brands.
