• Develop data-driven pricing analysis platform and intelligence by collecting market price trends
• Develop pricing strategy and DoA model for pricing excellence, include costing, pricing logic and predicted full chain profit
• Develop pricing strategy for different market/customer/segment (+sweet and paint points).
• Pricing evaluation process, validating pricing strategy/model/DoA implement business impact
• Monitor pricing performance, conduct variance analysis, and adjust strategies to address market changes or performance gaps.
• Present pricing recommendations and business cases to senior leadership for approval.
• Establish pricing policies, guidelines, and tools to ensure consistency across channels and regions.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams to align pricing with go-to-market plans and inventory levels.
• Build up BI tool for pricing analysis to support business decision.
To be successful on above Key Activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 3-5+ years of pricing experience (e.g., pricing strategy, revenue management, market analysis) in a relevant industry.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, BI tools) and pricing software.
