•Financial forecast process

•Prepare the Agro P&L and Operating Cash Flow forecast process via monthly rolling forecast, and Annual Operation Plan to drive forecast accuracy

•Lead monthly closing of Agro related cost, analysis the gap between actual and annual operating plan / monthly fcst / prior year

•Lead monthly rolling fcst of P&L and OCF of Agro related budget, assess risks and opportunities for further actions

•Lead annual operation plan of P&L and OCF of Agro related budget. Partner with Agro team to manage and optimize budget, assess financial impact and analysis the gap with base year.

•Lead Agro Crop Sanction process with the target setting of volume, fully loaded cost by crop, procurement price of seeds and chipstock

•Set up transfer pricing of export potato to APAC Ous

•Review Agro related Capex investment, assess budget affordability and nessicity

•Business partnership

Act as financial expertise to provide insightful and timely financial evaluation / analysis for operation business initiatives, partner with business team for both target setting and achievement

•Partner with Agro to build Should Cost model, deep dive all cost elements to optimize farming / procurement cost

•Participated in Agro

2.0 strategy building, including mini-tuber and seeds vendor investigation, crop and farm strategy building, multi-year startegic grower development, etc

•Lead Agro related PEP+ project and Opex management

•Set up KPI and cost review process on monthly basis, educate business partners to have cost management mindset

•Assist other ad hocs from management team or Sector

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, CPA is preferred

•5+ years in financial or business analysis, including 3+ years in FP&A and finance BP experience is preferred

•Excellent PowerBI and excel skills

•Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate findings into actionable solutions and processes

•Strong leadership, collaboration, and verbal/written communications skills with ability to influence others

•Results oriented with ability to initiate and lead projects to completion

•Innovative thinker with a focus on continuous process improvement

•Proficiency in English writing and reading, good for English oral communication
