•Partner with Channel head to drive the implementation of strategies and provide short and long term financial plans

•Partner with Commercial teams to develop and implement initiatives to drive NR realization plans and actions.

•Support Channel growth agenda with financial assessment and suggestions on assortment, new skus, activations, customer pitch.etc

•Lead and own monthly finance forecast accuracy

•Develop and lead review on holistic trade and customer investment D&A, A&M and S&D to be reviewed with finance and commercial leadership teams to drive visibility and efficiency

•Own the financial performance review on channels during AOP process

•Collaborate with commercial team and control team to ensure effective process in place on trade spending

•Develop and train the non-finance team to develop Financial acumen and overall understanding of Financial KPIs.

•Combination of solid commercial knowledge(channel sales) and financial skill set (strong data analytics and data acumen)

•8 years experience in commercial finance positions, FMCG background preferred

•Strategic think and synthesis skill, ability to synthiesis and get sharp insights from the numbers

•Ability to have strong interaction with upper-management

•Digital skillset – excel, PPT, Power BI preferred

•Strong communicator in both English and Chinese
