Main Responsibilities & Tasks:

• Responsible for adherence to Health & Safety procedures within assigned viral spiking projects and general use of the facility

• Responsible for client communication of process / technical / regulation information before the study starting to ensure the feasibility of the experiment

• Responsible for project scoping and execution of assigned viral spiking projects and whole process, including writing protocols and reports and assurance of the high-quality execution.

• Contributes to project planning and bills of materials

• Contributes to supervision of viral spiking processes

• Contributes to the technology platform continuous optimization and innovation

• Responsible for personnel training within area of expertise to make the method can be passed down well

• Responsible for maintaining assigned laboratory systems

• Responsible for handling the internal R&D study, not limited to method/process optimization, new method development and troubleshooting including virus production, virus purification, and virus spiking study

• May be responsible for matrix management of personnel as project team lead

• Responsible for other reasonable requests or tasks requested by management

Qualifications & Skills:

 Graduate in Biotechnology, or Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, or-related field (work experience more 5 years) with master’s degree or above.

 Excellent technical knowledge and practical solid lab experiments on downstream process of Biopharmaceutical development.

 Preferable technical knowledge in virus purification, viral clearance procedures, and virus spiking study.

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills coupled with the ability to priorities multiple tasks and have the confidence to challenge existing systems & processes

 Good understanding in English (writing, reading and speaking) and attention to detail

 Customer service-oriented attitude and good communication with customers.

 Pro-active attitude and strong intrinsic motivation to explore and learn.
