职位介绍：

项目估算师的职责是在项目概念设计，立项及审批阶段提供预算并在整个项目实施过程中按项目预算监控设计和变化。职责包括初步及详细估算，设计审核，招标清单准备及评估，费用计算及变更管理。

工作内容：

为所有分配的项目提供估算支持，包括综合设施规划项目及其他部门的估算需求。这些项目范围包括现场施工、机电安装、主题饰面及假山塑石，标识标牌、内装修、设计、项目及施工管理。

项目立项阶段

• 项目立项阶段准备预算用于项目审批，预算需要包括整个项目直至交付的所有费用
• 按照方案图纸及规范确认估算的范围和内容
• 从以前的采购单、乐园施工合同、供应商合同等历史费用数据中查找合适资料完成估算
• 确保所有估算工作文件及数据保存

项目招投标阶段

• 为公开招标项目提供工程量清单及拦标价
• 提供回标分析报告，协助项目经理检查报价确保工作范围没有遗漏

项目执行及关闭

• 跟踪及记录所有项目费用信息，整理并更新项目费用趋势报告
• 项目实施阶段提供变更的估算,审核，谈判，过程中结算
• 项目实施阶段为设计及项目组提供项目费用指导

Job Summary:  

The project estimator is responsible for providing budget estimates during project concept design phase, initiation & approval phase and monitoring the design and changes for adherence to the budget throughout the remaining project life cycle. Duties include conceptual and detailed estimating, design review, bid packaging BOQ & tender review, cost accounting and change order administration.

What You’ll Do:

• Responsible for estimating on all assigned projects .These projects involve all aspects of work including sitework, MEP installation, theme finishes & rock work, graphics & signage, interior finishes, design, project management & construction management, etc.

Project Initiation

• Prepares budget estimates for funding approval during project initiation phase, the estimates shall cover facilities and shows throughout a projects lifecycle to turnkey.
• Reviews and estimates proposal specifications, drawings etc. to determine scope of work and required contents of estimate.
• Reviews and incorporates historical cost data from purchase orders, base park contracts, subcontracts, etc. into estimates.
• Ensures all working documents and data are maintained to back-up estimate figures.

Project Tender and Bidding

• Provides bill of quantities (BOQ) and tender max price estimates for public tender projects bid package
• Review received bid quotation, prepare tender analysis report, and support Project Managers and Coordinators to check quotation to ensure full project scope of work are covered.

Project Implementation and Closeout

• Tracks and records all projects cost information, generates project cost trend report.
• Participates in estimating, reviewing, negotiating and settling change orders during the implementation.
• Provides design staff and project team with cost guidance during all phases of project.

• 10年以上估算、费用控制和（或）QS 工料测量师经验。4年以上类似乐园项目的公开招标项目全过程造价管理经验优先考虑。
• 娴熟的估算及费用管理技术
• 熟练电脑软件操作
• 候选人需要建筑，施工管理或工程相关本科学位
• 具备与管理层及项目组（包括项目管理、设计、承包商及供应商等）顺利合作的能力
• 具备通过谈判解决冲突的能力
• 具备指导项目组及第三方QS公司的能力
• 能保持良好的人际关系，有魄力做决定
• 流利的中英文双语能力

What To Bring:

• 10+ Years estimating, cost control, and/or Quantity Surveyor engineering experience. At least 4 years public tender project full progress cost control experience in similar park construction strongly desired.
• Advanced knowledge of estimating techniques and cost controls.
• Proficient in PC programs.
• Candidate will possess a minimum B.A. in Construction Science, Architecture, Construction Management or Engineering, or equivalent degree.
• Ability to work successfully with all levels of management, all project team members (project management, design, contractors, vendors, etc.) to achieve team goals.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and negotiates successfully.
• Ability to provide guidance to the project team and to 3rd party QS Estimators as applicable.
• Demonstrated decision-making and relationship building ability.
• Bi-lingual (Fluent in English and Mandarin)
